As Interim Manager, I take result-oriented responsibility for the work I provide. Not only do I provide consulting services, but I also take appropriate action and answer for my work.

Fact is, that the services I provide for you are intended to be limited in time. That is, the exact time needed to fulfill my tasks – accurately and well. As soon as the problem has been solved, a new stable company or department management has been established, or the re-launch of a strategic business unit has been successfully achieved, I leave the company.

Interim Managers are specialists in their specific fields. Due to my experience of many years, I only need a short time to adjust and get to know the company’s needs. I also like to „roll up my sleeves“. As a Controller, I do not only see the pure data, but I also detect the meaning behind, and I verify whether or not the data do really correspond to the objectives you aim for.

During the process, I am flexible, fast and success-oriented. I optimize, structure or transitionally fill in vacant positions. If you do not wish to provide any capacities on a long-term basis for special subjects, I offer my assistance – as for example for the introduction of SAP R3/FI. The implementation of new systems in particular, requires a large amount of time. In this case, an Interim Manager is able to make sure that the operational process is not slowed down.

The fact that I do not depend on internal processes, allows me to see the specific issues to be addressed from a neutral point of view. Thus, surprising and critical questions, as well as experiences gained within other enterprises can contribute to the solution-finding process. As Interim Manager, I pursue continuous professional education and keep up to date with the latest law amendments.

During my assignment and at its end, I provide you and/or your collaborators with a detailed transfer of knowledge. This knowledge and experience remain with you long after my departure, helping you to thoroughly prepare your team for future tasks..
